Right now we have a standard persistent pool where we manually create each VM and assign the VM to the user. Ideally I'd like all of our users to move to VMs but we are just not sure if during this move we move to an instant clone pool or not. We currently have about a 50/50 split of users using VMs and not using VMs. We are working on optimzing our VMware Horizon environment and determined that pretty much all of our users are going to need new VMs after our golden image is optimized fully.
